The estimated delivery time for orders is 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Any additional charges for remote or special delivery locations will be communicated in advance.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Dhanvi Designers is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
• The video must be recorded continuously from the sealed package opening

Claims raised without an unboxing video or after the specified time period will not be accepted.
