At Dhanvi Designers, we follow a limited refund policy. Refunds are not provided for general reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with color or fabric feel.

A refund request will be considered only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect

In all eligible cases, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Time Limit to Raise a Refund Request

Any refund-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided. If the request is approved:

  • A refund will be processed if replacement is not possible

6. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund processing time: 7 to 10 working days
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Color variation due to screen or lighting differences
  • Fabric texture expectations
  • Minor weaving or thread irregularities
  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Requests submitted without an unboxing video

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
